There's something about Samoa…
Slower mornings. Warm ocean air. A rhythm that invites you to soften.
This isn't just a retreat.
It's a return — to yourself, to nature,
to something simpler.
Gentle, flowing practice inspired by the rhythm of the sea. Slow, spacious starts.
Swim in clear water, explore at your pace, or simply rest in the warm Samoan air.
Guided cultural experiences, or claim the afternoon entirely for yourself.
A soft landing into the night — Yin yoga, sound healing, and the Pacific horizon.

This is not just a place you come to receive.
It's a place where your presence gives something back.
The resort staff all live in the surrounding village — your stay directly supports local families and livelihoods rooted in community, culture, and connection.
We support the local primary school with resources for the children of the village. An optional school visit is often one of the most memorable moments of the retreat.

"When you come on retreat,
you become part of this story."
I grew up on the Abrolhos Islands — a tiny speck off the coast of WA — surrounded by tides, coral, and wind. That's where I first learned what calm really feels like.
After years of living with anxiety, yoga became my anchor — a way to breathe through the chaos, to listen to my body the same way I used to listen to the ocean as a kid.

justinedavisyoga.comRobert is Samoan — and that changes everything.
His father is a Matai (chief) of Mulifanua, and Rob was raised with a deep and living Fa'a Samoa — the Samoan way of being. A philosophy of devotion to family, land, sea, and community. Service not as obligation, but as practice — the same way we come to the mat.
It's not something he performs. It's who he is — and he weaves it through every part of the retreat.
His family farm sits near Faleolo airport in Mulifanua, and his family live in Vaitele, near Apia. When you arrive in Samoa with Rob, you are not a tourist. You are welcomed as āianga — family.
And at the end of the retreat, that is exactly what you become.
My heart is full. From the delicious food to the incredible yoga, swimming in waterfalls and singing on a bus — this retreat exceeded every expectation. I will be back.

Heaven on earth. The yoga on the deck under the morning and night sky was pure bliss. The friendships formed were cemented by laughter, love and shared experience. A 5 star experience. Forever grateful.
— Vicky
I felt so safe and calm right from landing. The activities had such an insider cultural flair. If you're on the fence — take a small step forward and book. You will be so happy you did.
